Please note that with the above digipak, the top row would form the interior panels. As such, the net in reality would have the top panels rotated by 180 degrees. They have been displayed this way for ease of viewing.
1. Yes they are appropriate because they are in black and white, which is typical of the genre. And also the facial expressions of the band look quite aggressive which also fits with the rock idea
2. They do look like real world products, due to the key conventions they feature, e.g. star ratings. To improve I would suggest being all in black and white or all colour, as having both looks a bit muddled. 3. I think they are appealing, especially the brick spine which looks really good. I would suggest the black text on the promo poster is a bit hard to see, so maybe change the colour of put the photo in colour? 4. Sort of talked about this above. Maybe the fonts (in particular band name) could be more bold and impactful to suit genre. 5. Only image I am unsure of is the promo poster one...the two shot of them I think would look better. 6. Yes because of fonts and images.
1. Yes, the editing style and imagery used are very appropriate for the genre.
2. They do look professional; I like the use of corresponding photography. It could be improved by making the font stand out more as it is currently black writing on a dark but of the photograph.
3. They are appealing, and have a good finish. The song list could be put in two lists rather than one as the lower songs are harder to see.
4. The texts and fonts do look appropriate. As with the comment above, "Adrenaline Junky" is slightly harder to see.
5. The images are good, they follow a theme.
6. Yes, they have the same styling and use of images
